Founding Cohort faq:

1. What is a Founding Cohort?
The Founding Cohort is our very first group of students. As a member, you’ll get special introductory tuition rates and take part in the official launch of the Rich Institute of Aesthetic Arts.

2. Are there hidden fees beyond the $6,375 total?
No. The $6,375 total includes your application fee, professional kit and books, and tuition for the 600-hour esthetics program. It also covers CPR/First Aid certification and your first State Board exam fee. You’ll just need to buy professional scrubs that follow the RIAA dress code.

3. Is the $500 enrollment deposit separate from tuition?
No. The $500 enrollment deposit goes toward your $5,500 tuition balance and holds your spot in the cohort.

4. What happens if I miss a payment?
Payments are due on time based on the plan you choose. If you think you might have trouble making a payment, please reach out to the administration right away. We’ll need to hold your certificates, final records, and State Board sign-offs until your balance is paid in full.

5. Can I switch to the Paid-in-Full option later?
Yes. If you pay your remaining balance in full during your first month of class, you’ll get a $275 paid-in-full discount. This brings your total program cost down from $6,375 to $6,100.

6. When will enrollment officially open?
We’ll email enrollment details to everyone on the waitlist as soon as the school starts the official enrollment process.

7. How many seats will be available?
There will be a limited number of seats in the Founding Cohort so we can offer a focused, high-quality learning experience.

8. Does joining the waitlist guarantee my seat?
No. Joining the waitlist gives you early access to updates and enrollment details, but your seat isn’t guaranteed until you complete all the required enrollment steps.

9. Will payment plans be available?
Yes. Once enrollment opens, eligible students will have access to flexible payment options.

The first cohort will commence in August 2026.

Classes meet Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break.

The program runs in a hybrid format.

Our founding cohort is limited to just 10 students to ensure individualized training and personalized mentorship.
