Founding Cohort faq:

What is the Founding Cohort?

The Founding Cohort is the first group of students to enroll at Rich Institute of Aesthetic Arts. Students will receive introductory program pricing and take part in the official launch of the Institute.

Does joining the waitlist guarantee a seat?

No. Joining the waitlist provides early access to enrollment updates and application information, but it does not reserve a seat.

A seat is secured only after all required enrollment documents and payments are completed.

How many seats are available?

Enrollment is intentionally limited to support personalized instruction, stronger faculty engagement, and a focused learning environment.

What happens if I miss a payment?

Students should contact the administration as soon as possible if they anticipate difficulty making a scheduled payment.

Certificates, final records, and State Board documentation may be withheld until the student’s account is paid in full.

Can I change my payment plan after enrollment?

Payment plan changes may be considered by the administration based on the student’s account status and the terms of the enrollment agreement.

Are uniforms included?

No. Students are responsible for purchasing uniforms and professional scrubs that meet the RIAA dress code.

When will enrollment open?

Enrollment is expected to open in September 2026. The official date will be announced once finalized.

The first cohort will commence in September 2026.

Classes meet Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break.

The program runs in a hybrid format.

Our founding cohort is limited to just 10 students to ensure individualized training and personalized mentorship.
